How this is worked out: Freed capacity is people × hours × 4.33 weeks × what an hour of their time costs you × the share of that admin the AI workforce takes over. Working capital released is what you invoice in a month × the days you are paid sooner ÷ 30 — real cash, released once, so it is never folded into the monthly multiple.
