You buy the operating system, the pack for the industry you actually work in, and the usage you actually use. Adding a capability later is an upgrade on the same account — not a new contract, a new tool or a migration.
Launch pricing while our Founding Partner programme is underway — final public pricing may change before launch. Prices exclude VAT.
◷ Launch pricing
Unlimited team members within your organisation. AI and high-cost services are usage-based, not seat-based — so getting your whole company onto the system costs you nothing extra in licences. One subscription is one legal organisation and its workspaces; groups and subsidiaries are priced as a group.
| Component | What it does | Monthly |
|---|---|---|
| Samloryx OS | The operating system everybody starts on | R2 499 |
| Construct Pack | Find work. Win work. Deliver work. Get paid. | R3 500 |
| Professional Services Pack | Win clients. Deliver engagements. Bill faster. | R3 500 |
| Property Pack | Run properties, tenants, maintenance, contractors and collections. | R3 500 |
| Law Firm Pack | Run matters, contracts, clients and legal work with a governed AI workforce. | R4 500 |
| Financial Services Pack | Automate onboarding, cases, documents, verification and controlled operations. | R6 500 |
| Compliance AI | Know every obligation you carry, and prove you met it. | R2 499 |
| Legal AI | Contracts, clauses and legal work, with the evidence attached. | R3 499 |
| Growth AI | Find the right companies, reach them properly, keep the consent trail. | R2 499 + usage |
| Verify | Check who you are dealing with, and record who looked. | R1 499 + usage |
A second industry pack is R1 000 less than the first — expansion should not be priced like starting again. Growth AI and Verify are also charged by volume, because enrichment, messaging and identity checks are bought from somebody else per unit: the subscription buys the software, and you are shown what you have used before anything is collected.
| Business | What they hold | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| A contractor, starting | Samloryx OS + Construct Pack | R5 999 |

| A financial services business | Samloryx OS + Financial Services Pack | R8 999 |
| A law firm running on AI | Samloryx OS + Law Firm Pack + Legal AI | R10 498 |
| A group in two industries | Samloryx OS + Construct + Professional (additional pack) + Compliance AI + Growth AI | R13 497 |
Plus usage. AI work is counted in Samloryx Actions — plain-language units of work, like a tender analysed, an agreement read or a reminder drafted. Never tokens, and never a line item you cannot explain to your finance director. Samloryx OS includes 750 Actions a month, so the R5 999 entry shape starts with 750. You are shown what you have used and what is left, and going over is counted and shown rather than charged or cut off. The allowance is being tuned with design partners before public launch.
Not three feature tiers. Everybody gets the same operating system; what changes is how much of the work of adopting it you want to do yourself.
Larger deployments — data migration, custom integrations, multi-company groups — are scoped separately. Professional deployment is typically R15 000–R25 000 one-off, enterprise from R50 000.
Annual plans run at roughly two months free — R59 990/year on the R5 999 shape — and onboarding is waived. Annual is arranged with us rather than self-serve, because a year is a conversation rather than a form. Talk to us.
Enterprise — SSO, SLA, security controls, custom integrations, group structures and onboarding. Talk to us.
Move the sliders to your reality. Outputs are estimates of freed-up labour capacity — not guaranteed savings — using the same method we track in pilots. This one is in construction's language; each industry has its own on its page: law firms, professional services, property.
How this is worked out: Freed capacity is people × hours × 4.33 weeks × what an hour of their time costs you × the share of that admin the AI workforce takes over. Working capital released is what you invoice in a month × the days you are paid sooner ÷ 30 — real cash, released once, so it is never folded into the monthly multiple. A month is taken as 173.3 working hours. Nothing here assumes anybody leaves: what changes is what those hours are spent on.
Financial Services has no slider, deliberately. It is scoped in a review before anybody is sold anything, and a calculator that guessed at a regulated onboarding would be the wrong first impression of a product whose whole argument is that it does not guess.
