Analyses awaiting a decision, flows paused at approval, outreach drafts, outbound messages held for a human — four sources, one list. The work owed longest sits at the top.
If a decision is owed anywhere in the platform, it is here. There is no second place to check.
The queue shows the work; the decision is still made on the record itself, with its evidence in front of you.
The number on the tile is the number in the list. They cannot disagree, because they come from the same query.
